Joyful Jams preserves are handmade in San Francisco, California, following traditional French recipes. Simmered at low heat in small batches with old fashioned copper kettles, they are made with 70% fruit and less sugar than most brands. Their fresh taste, amazing flavor blends, and spreadable consistency makes our jams perfect for waffles, pancakes, toasts, cheeses and ice cream, or just a sweet treat.

I really hate to leave negative reviews, but maybe my hopes were too high which accounts for my degree of disappointment. Don’t waste your money, no matter the cost. I had been desiring a delicious balance of fresh lemon flavor and blueberry in different foods such as; cookies, cakes, and jams. I really was anticipating this arrival. I couldn’t wait to sample it. Boy, was I disappointed. The first spoonful, I thought “wait a minute I did just put something in my mouth so why don’t I taste anything?”. No lemon or blueberry. I smacked my tongue several times as you do to perhaps wake up taste buds. Then I did a second spoonful. I dug deeper into the jar. Again, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. For this to be 70% fruit, I have no explanation for it, but this is the most tasteless thing I’ve ever. I never felt the slightest texture of real fruit like lemon peel, zest, pulp, blueberry skin or seed. The entire jar went directly in the trash.
