Joyful Jams preserves are handmade in San Francisco, California, following traditional French recipes. Simmered at low heat in small batches with old fashioned copper kettles, they are made with 70% fruit and less sugar than most brands. Their fresh taste, amazing flavor blends, and spreadable consistency makes our jams perfect for waffles, pancakes, toasts, cheeses and ice cream, or just a sweet treat.

Love this. Fresh taste with a zip of ginger. Great on toast and and sandwiches.

Interest texture and there is ginger flavor but the orange does overpower the ginger. I like it but really wanted more ginger so that was a bit disappointing.It’s a rather small jar for the $$ but if you’re looking for a ginger spread, they are hard to find. It’s not as gingery as another Amazon has but it IS full of flavor – just more orange than ginger. Still, I do recommend it to anyone who likes ginger with their morning toast, etc.The texture is hard to describe. It’s kind of between a jam and a preserve put thru a food processor. It’s east to spread on breads and toast.
